During the last couple of weeks, both of us have spent time recuperating from a severe cold and cough - Selene before and during Hamcation - and Hank after we got back, but both of us are feeling much better now. We've been doing a lot of resting and just enjoying the warm and sunny Florida weather, and taking part in park activities when we've felt up to it.
Tonight, we went to the weekly ice cream social and then enjoyed the great entertainment provided by the Take the Hay Train Band.

CHARLIE MORRIS - vocals, piano.
PAUL SCAVARDA - guitar, plectrum and tenor banjos, banjo uke, mandolin.
BO FRAZER - fiddle, mandolin, 5-string banjo, guitar, bass.
RICK RICHOLSON - upright bass and downright bass.

Travelers Rest has free professional entertainment every Sunday night (at least in snowbird season), and Wednesday night entertainment for a reasonable fee. There is also an orchestra, men's and women's chorus, cloggers, and other groups who occasionally perform - all made up of TR residents.
We'll be here until Monday, February 27.
